Before anything can be manufactured, it must be designed. Our design team uses the latest in 2D and 3D drafting and modeling software to create parts and assemblies in a virtual environment before any actual manufacturing begins. Weather it is recreating an existing part, modifying existing parts, or creating something totally unique from concept we can simulate what your part needs to look like without making the first chip. Once the drawing or model is complete we use that CAD file to extract geometries and build our tool paths. The software that we use consists of:
