Traditionally milling is a material removal process where the workpiece or material is, in most cases, held in a fixed position while a rotary cutting tool traverses along multiple axes to give the part precise geometries. Today's "Mills" or Machining Centers are highly evolved and much more capable than the machines of the past.
We have recently upgraded our machining centers to provide our clients with increased capacity, more timely deliveries, and increased part quality. Using our highly sophisticated and rigid DMG-MORI machining centers, we deliver some of the highest quality and aesthetically pleasing parts on the market. Our list of machining centers include:
- 2000 Fadal 6030 VMC (30” x 60”)
- 2014 Mori-Seiki DV5100 High Speed Machining Center (20” x 40”)
- 2015 DMG-MORI MillTap 700 Ultra-High Speed Machining Center (16” x 27”)
